1. About this policy
This policy explains how Flink Labs Pty. Ltd. (ACN 135 445 911) (Flink Labs, we, us or our) uses cookies and related browser technologies when operating Resonel.
A cookie is a small piece of data stored by a website in a browser. Cookies can support security, keep a user signed in, remember a preference or measure how a service is used.
2. Cookies currently used by Resonel
As verified on 22 July 2026, Resonel uses the following first-party cookies:

An older recent_level_codes cookie may be read once for migration into a signed-in user's stored profile and then deleted. The current application does not set this legacy cookie.
3. Analytics and advertising
We did not identify analytics, advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking cookies in the application configuration reviewed on 22 July 2026.
Before introducing a non-essential cookie or similar technology, we will update this policy and implement any notice, choice or consent mechanism required by applicable law.
4. Externally hosted browser assets
Some Resonel pages currently request software or font assets directly from third-party content-delivery services:

When a browser requests an external asset, the provider receives ordinary web-request information such as the IP address, browser user-agent, requested asset, time and potentially the referring page. These requests are not represented as Resonel analytics cookies, but they can involve disclosure of technical information to the provider.
5. Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies. Blocking _resonel_session will prevent or disrupt sign-in, public survey continuity and other security-dependent functions. Deleting lang means Resonel may select a language again from the survey default or browser language.
Resonel does not currently provide an in-product cookie preference centre because the verified cookies are essential to requested functions or remember a language selected by the user. This will be reassessed before any non-essential cookies are introduced.

6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our technology, providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date.
